Spontaneous and Stimulated Brillouin Dynamics in a Low-Loss, SF6-Flowing Anti-Resonant Hollow-Core Fiber
We investigated backward Rayleigh-Brillouin scattering in a 2.4 km SF 6 -flowing anti-resonant hollow-core fiber. BOTDR-based spectral measurements with resolution of 7.5(75) m quantitatively reveals gas composition, pressure, and Brillouin gain coefficient as low as 10 -3 m -1 W -1 .
