Cryogenic Feedforward of a Quantum State

We demonstrate low-latency feedforward of entangled photon pairs using quasi photon-number resolving SNSPDs. To achieve low processing delays, we operate the single-photon detection, amplification, in-situ logic processing and electro-optic modulation at cryogenic temperatures.

Abstract

We demonstrate low-latency feedforward of entangled photon pairs using quasi photon-number resolving SNSPDs. To achieve low processing delays, we operate the single-photon detection, amplification, in-situ logic processing and electro-optic modulation at cryogenic temperatures.
