Plasmonic Cavity Engineered Femtosecond Dynamics in Ultrathin Transparent Conducting Oxides

We use inverse design to engineer the dynamic response of a transparent conducting oxide-based multilayer cavity. The simulated dynamic response shows multiple complete reversals in the change of refractive index within 100 femtosecond timescales.
