Effect of Respiratory Thythm Trainingon Executive Function Improvement in ADHD Adolescents

This study investigates the efficacy of respiratory rhythm trainingin enhancing executive function for adolescents with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, we reveal the underlying mechanisms by which respiratory rhythm trainingimproves executive function in ADHD adolescents. The findings demonstrate that regular respiratory rhythm trainingeffectively regulates neurophysiological states, enhances attention concentration, improves working memory capacity, and strengthens behavioral inhibition and emotional regulation. This provides a novel and effective non-pharmacological intervention approach for improving executive function in ADHD adolescents, offering promising new perspectives and methods for both clinical treatment and educational interventions in ADHD management.
