Research on the design of the instrumentation and control system for the post-treatment wet purification process

To solve the problems of difficult measurement and control in the operating environment of the tail gas treatment system of the post-treatment incinerator, such as high temperature, strong corrosion, strong radiation, complex coupling relationships, and strong time-varying characteristics, a complete set of design schemes for the instrumentation and control system is proposed. This includes the research and design of instrument selection, the hardware structure of the control system, and the control logic. Firstly, comprehensively considering the challenges such as the medium corrosiveness and the special materials of the equipment, a systematic design scheme for the selection of various instruments in the process is proposed. On this basis, control logics, such as emergency shutdown are designed to meet the requirements for safe and stable control of the system. From the actual operation effect, this instrumentation and control design scheme has realized the real-time monitoring of various operation parameters in the wet purification process, as well as the logical linkage processing in both normal and abnormal operation states. Therefore, the proposed instrumentation and control design scheme in this paper can ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of the system.
