The Relationship Between Selection Attributes, Perceived Value, and Repurchase Intention of Screen Golf Practice Facility Users
This study aims to examine the relationships among selection attributes, perceived value, and repurchase intention of screen golf practice facilities users. To achieve this, a research model and hypotheses were established, and empirical analysis was conducted to verify the proposed relationships. A convenience sampling method was used to collect data from 283 users who had experience using screen golf practice facilities in the metropolitan area. A structured questionnaire was employed, consisting of a total of 31 items: 5 demographic items, 18 items on selection attributes, 5 items on perceived value, and 3 items on repurchase intention. The questionnaire items were adapted and refined for the purpose of this study based on previous instruments developed by Yoo(2021) for selection attributes, Cho(2012) for perceived value, and Kim(2009) for repurchase intention. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM), and bootstrapping. Based on these methods, the study found the following results: First, the selection attributes of screen golf practice facility users significantly influence their perceived value. Second, the selection attributes of screen golf practice facility users significantly influence repurchase intention. Third, perceived value of screen golf practice facility users significantly influence on repurchase intention. Fourth, perceived value mediates the relationship between selection attributes and repurchase intention.
