Design and Implementation of Environmental Monitoring System Based on FPGA
With the rapid development and progress of modern science and technology, FPGA technology has also been making long-term progress and improvement. FPGA is fast, low in power consumption and easy to expand, and is widely used in fields such as artificial intelligence, the environment and automobiles. According to relevant market research, it is found that the application of FPGA in the environmental field still has a lot of room for development. Therefore, this paper combines FPGA technology to design an environmental monitoring system. This system adopts the EP4CE6F17C8 chip of Intel's Cyclone IV series as the main control core. It collects the temperature and humidity data in the environment through the temperature and humidity acquisition module and displays it on the OLED display screen. The monitoring of the environment is realized by using the OV5640 image acquisition module and displayed on the VGA display screen. The buzzer module is used to achieve the alarm function, comparing the temperature and humidity data with the threshold. Once the threshold is exceeded, an alarm will be triggered. This system is characterized by simple operation, fast computing speed, easy expansion and high real-time performance of collected data.
