Dynamic Simulation of the Automatic Feeding System of the High-speed Stamping Line

The automatic feeding system of high-speed stamping production lines for automotive panel parts is a complex dynamic system. The coupling relationship between the connecting rods and sliders of the feeding manipulator is intricate, and its mathematical model exhibits nonlinear characteristics. This paper aims to provide support for the design of the feeding manipulator. The Lagrangian method is employed to establish its dynamic equations, and dynamic simulations are conducted using the ADAMS software. Through these simulations, the simulation curves of the forces or torques of each active joint are obtained. By comparing the maximum torque with the rated torque of the joint motor, it is found that the maximum torque of the active joints is less than the rated torque of the speed reducer, meeting the expected requirements. This finding provides validation and assurance for the system design.
