Collaborative Optimization Model of Dynamic Allocation of Engineering Materials and Carbon Emission Based on Digital Twin:Taking Prefabricated Building Smart Site as an Example

Under the drive of rapid growth of construction engineering industry and higher expectation for environment protection, optimizing engineering materials distribution and carbon emissions have become more important. In this paper, Digital Twin technology is used to build a collaborative optimization model of engineering material and carbon emissions’ dynamic allocation on intelligent construction of prefabricated construction sites, so as to improve the efficiency of material resource scheduling while decreasing the environment impact.Through analysis of the application of Digital Twin in the management of engineering materials, this paper explains in detail the real-time allocation and planning methods of engineering materials, carbon emission factors’ analysis and calculation method.Combining collaborative optimization objective, in this paper, the designed optimization model is validated in cases study, not only realizes the allocation of material resources, but also realizes low-carbon development objectives. The research results not only gives theoretical basis for the application of Digital Twin technology in smart construction site, but contributes to the green and efficient development of prefabricated construction.
