Research on CCTV Intelligent Detection and Rehabilitation Countermeasures for Municipal Drainage Pipe Network —Taking Longshan District as an Example
In order to improve the quality of urban water environment, consolidate the effectiveness of urban black smelly water body remediation, synchronize the level of basic urban municipal facilities, comprehensively promote the urban rainwater and sewage diversion governance and municipal roads upgrading, so as to promote the comprehensive transformation of the old city. In this paper, combined with the Longshan drainage pipe repair project in Yubei District, Chongqing City, a detailed introduction to the application of CCTV inspection technology in the functional testing and evaluation of urban drainage pipe, targeted at the detection results of the repair of damaged pipes, and the pipe repair effect was analyzed. The section of the sewage pipe has a total of 1110 defects, including 158 deposits, 140 roots, 498 ruptures, 90 corrosion, 218 deformation. There are 1672 defects in the stormwater pipeline, including 238 deposits, 216 tree roots, 759 ruptures, 136 corrosion, and 329 deformations. Combined with national and industry standards for structural and functional assessment of the drainage pipe, the pipe section with RI<1 is managed to maintain the status quo, the pipe section with 1<RI<4 is not repaired or partially repaired, the pipe section with 4<RI<7 is repaired either locally or as a whole, and the pipe section with 7<RI is repaired urgently or flipped and drained, and the repaired pipeline has a good overall performance, with good resistance to chemical action and flow characteristics, to improve the pipe's resistance to pressure and impact, and extend the service life of the pipe for 20 years, so it is of great significance to promote the application of non-excavation repair technology in the field of drainage pipe repair.
