The Political and Educational Value of AI-Enabled Social Governance in Digital China Construction

Artificial intelligence has reconstructed social governance models through core technologies such as deep learning, federated learning, and knowledge graphs in Digital China's construction process. Intelligence applications based on distributed computing frameworks have achieved transformation from passive response to active prediction in urban governance. The research analyzes AI-enabled social governance mechanisms from three dimensions: technical systems, implementation paths, and political-educational values, with emphasis on exploring the realization paths of political-educational values, including algorithmic fairness, data ethics, and value evaluation systems. Through multi-level technological innovation and value guidance, a collaborative development model of intelligent governance has been constructed, providing new insights for advancing Digital China's construction.
