Study of temperature control properties of aircraft-carried gradient-type structural foam metals
In order to solve the problem of overheating of electronic components inside the aircraft and to strengthen the temperature control performance of phase change heat sinks, the enthalpy-hole method has been used to optimize the design of enhanced heat storage for horizontally oriented forward-gradient and reverse-gradient paraffin-nickel-foam-based phase change heat sinks. The results show that the forward gradient heat sink can significantly improve the temperature control performance of phase change heat sink, and the forward gradient reduces the temperature of heat source by 10.4 K compared with the reverse gradient, and the reverse gradient increases the temperature of heat source by 9.8 K compared with the uniform one.
