Simulation Analysis of Motion Characteristics of Die-Cutting Moving Platform

This article takes the motion characteristics of the moving platform of the die-cutting machine as the research object, and through simulation analysis, deeply studies the motion law of the moving platform in the die-cutting process and its influence on the die-cutting effect. The study used simulation calculation methods to construct a kinematic model of the dynamic platform and simulated its motion state under no-load conditions. The simulation results show that the moving platform exhibits a unique motion pattern of "left and right swinging, up and down undulations" during the die-cutting process. This motion characteristic allows the moving platform to first contact the die-cutting plate on one side and gradually transition to the other side, effectively improving the cutting force of the die-cutting process and optimizing the die-cutting quality. Further analysis reveals that the small angular displacement range (± 0.4 °) of the moving platform is the key to its efficient and accurate completion of die-cutting tasks. By adjusting the length of each connecting rod of the die-cutting machine, the motion trajectory of the moving platform can be optimized, unnecessary wear can be reduced, and die-cutting efficiency can be improved. This study not only provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design of die-cutting moving platforms, but also points out the direction for improving the overall performance and market competitiveness of die-cutting machines.
