Virtual Assembly and Finite Element Analysis of Directional Valve
The 3D solid model was established by CATIA software and virtual assembly was performed in the same environment. The key components of the directional valve were subjected to finite element analysis using ANSYS. In finite element analysis, the handle was loaded according to the maximum pressure, and the final structural deformation and stress results were within the safe range. Virtual assembly and finite element analysis can shorten the research and development cycle, significantly reduce costs and increase efficiency, ensure the stability of directional valve products, and improve performance.
