The General Design of an Intelligent Sweeper and the Lightweight Design of Its Chassis Are Described
A set of innovative design solutions was proposed for the functional integration and structural optimization of intelligent sweeping vehicles. Firstly, a three-dimensional model of the entire vehicle was constructed based on Solidworks, integrating the high-precision garbage recognition algorithm YOLOv7 and the SmartMove dynamic path planning system to enhance the cleaning coverage and shorten the obstacle avoidance response time. Secondly, Ansys Workbench was used to conduct static analysis on the Q235 steel chassis, revealing that the maximum stress was concentrated in the connection plate area (67.52 MPa, safety factor 3.48), and the material distribution was reconFigureured through topology optimization using the variable density method. After optimization, the chassis mass was reduced from 65.7 kg to 45.5 kg (30.7% weight reduction), with the maximum stress at 107.62 MPa (safety factor 2.18) and a deformation of only 0.209 mm, meeting the requirements of complex working conditions. This solution, through the integration of lightweight design and intelligent technology, provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the engineering application of intelligent environmental sanitation equipment.
