Mechanical fault detection method based on GRC-DGWO-BVM algorithm

This article proposes a mechanical fault detection algorithm based on GrC-DGWO-BVM, which is a hot research topic in mechanical safety. Firstly, the minimum feature set is identified through GrC to remove redundant attributes. Then, a mechanical fault detection model is constructed using BVM, and the DGWO algorithm is combined to select the optimal penalty factor and kernel function parameters. Finally, the model is tested using the rotating machinery test set samples and compared and analyzed with other related algorithms. The experimental results show that this algorithm can improve detection efficiency while ensuring fault detection accuracy, a testament to its superiority to other algorithm models. It can be used for mechanical fault detection.
