Vibration response analysis of a rigid-flexible coupled variable topological transport mechanism

In this paper, the parametric resonance of a variable topological transport mechanism during topological transformation is studied. Based on the dynamic model, the approximate solution of the modal amplitude of the mechanism is obtained by He-multiscale method. Through the analysis of approximate solutions and numerical simulation, the parameter resonance phenomena in different topologies and the effects of physical parameters on the modal response of the mechanism are analyzed. The results show that the modal amplitude of the mechanism will change abruptly after the topological transformation. In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of the mechanism during operation, it is necessary to avoid the phenomenon of parameter resonance in topology 2. In addition, the length of the flexible arm also affects its modal amplitude. The results of the study provide theoretical guidance for the future design and optimization of the mechanism.
