ANALYSIS OF THE MARKET OF ANESTHETIC DRUGS IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN: COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF "DEXMEDETOMIDINE"

This article analyzes the competitive advantages of Dexmedetomidine in the anesthetic drug market in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The study examines the pharmacological characteristics of the drug, its clinical efficacy, safety, and economic feasibility of use in comparison with traditional anesthetics such as propofol and isoflurane. The current situation in the anesthesia market in Kazakhstan was analyzed, taking into account changes in demand for Dexmedetomidine, and its advantages in intensive care and anesthesia were studied. The results show that, despite the higher cost of the drug, its use helps to reduce postoperative complications, reduce the need for additional medications, and accelerate patient recovery. However, high initial costs for the drug limit its availability in a number of medical institutions, which requires additional measures to improve availability and organize domestic production.
