Discussion issues of issuing a work book remote worker

The article considers the issues arising when issuing a work book to remote workers, in particular: does the employer retain the obligation to send a notice of the need to appear at the work book, as well as the obligation to send the work book at the employee’s location — outside the Russian Federation.
