The application prospect and thinking of ChatGPT in the standardized training of novice nurses

ChatGPT is a big language data model based on artificial intelligence, which has a wide application prospect in the field of nursing education. The standardized training of novice nurses is the only way for novice nurses to become qualified nurses. This paper discusses the application of ChatGPT in the standardized training of novice nurses in detail, including personalized wisdom training, scene simulation, online support to clinical nursing practice, knowledge sharing and learning community. The application prospects of the four aspects, as well as the possible limitations and thinking in the application process, are aimed at promoting the application of ChatGPT in the standardized training of clinical nurses and enriching the form and connotation of clinical nursing education.
