Nursing of a patient with Qi-Yin deficiency type constipation treated with auricular acupoint pressing combined with Tuina

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with constipation of Qi-Yin deficiency type treated with auricular acupoint pressing combined with Tuina. Based on the concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, an individualized treatment plan consisting of constipation massage and auricular acupoint pressing was developed, combined with conventional nursing interventions such as diet care, exercise care, daily living care, and disease observation. The integrative nursing plan is effective to promote blood and body fluid circulation, improve patients' constipation symptoms, and enhance their quality of life. (本文总结1例耳穴压丸联合便秘推拿治疗气阴两虚型便秘患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护, 制定个体化的便秘推拿和耳穴压丸治疗计划, 结合饮食护理、运动护理、生活起居护理及病情观察等护理措施, 以推动血液及津液运行, 改善患者便秘症状, 提高患者生活质量。)
