Advances in research on the relationship between professional attitudes and learning efficacy of nursing interns

Clinical nursing internship is a crucial component of nursing education, where interns' professional attitudes and learning efficacy influence their clinical competence and future career development. This article reviews current research on the correlation between nursing interns' occupational attitudes and learning efficacy. By analyzing relevant domestic and international literature, it explores the definition and components of professional attitudes, the concept and measurement tools of learning efficacy, and the interactive relationship between them. Additionally, the paper analyzes factors influencing this relationship and proposes evidence-based recommendations for improving nursing education, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for nursing educators.
