Establishment of a standardized pre-job training system for newly recruited nurses in a certain hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective The pre-job training program and post-training questionnaire were formulated based on Delphi method to understand the satisfaction and demand of standardized pre-job training for newly recruited nurses in a grade A Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital, and to provide a guidance for formulating a scientific and systematic standardized pre-job training program for new nurses. Methods Delphi method was adopted to carry out expert consultation on the training syllabus and post-training questionnaire prepared by brainstorming method based on literature review. A total of 33 newly recruited nurses in the hospital were trained according to the revised and improved training syllabus, and questionnaire survey was carried out after completion. Results Most of newly recruited nurses were satisfied with the teaching content, assessment method, arrangement of teachers of pre-job standardized training, accounting for 93. 94%(31/33)respectively. The satisfaction rate of nursing students with training methods was 96. 97%(32/33), and the satisfaction rate with the arrangement of hours was 69. 70%(23/33). The total training duration required was 3 weeks. The highest demand for basic theoretical knowledge was basic theoretical knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Highest operation demand of common western medicine nursing technology was intravenous infusion; Highest operation demand of common traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology was cupping therapy. Conclusion Newly recruited nurses have high satisfaction with the standardized pre-job training. They hope to extend the training duration, increase the proportion of basic theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and strengthen the training of common traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine operation. (目的 基于德尔菲法制定新入职护士岗前培训大纲及培训后问卷调查表, 了解某三级甲等中医医院新入职护士规范化岗前培训满意度及需求, 为制定科学系统的新入职护士规范化岗前培训方案提供指导意见。方法 采用德尔菲法, 对基于文献回顾运用头脑风暴方式拟定的培训大纲及培训后问卷调查表开展专家咨询, 将按专家意见修改完善后的培训大纲对该院33名新进护士进行培训, 结束后开展问卷调查。结果 新入职护士对规范化岗前培训的教学内容、考核方式、师资安排满意度均为93. 94%(31/33), 对培训方法满意度为96. 97%(32/33), 学时安排满意度为69. 70%(23/33); 总培训时长需求最高为“3周”, 基本理论知识需求最高为“中医基础理论”, 常见西医护理技术操作需求最高为“静脉输液”, 常见中医护理技术操作需求最高为“拔罐法”。结论 新入职护士对规范化岗前培训的满意度高, 希望延长培训时长以及增加中医基础理论知识的占比, 并加强常见中西医操作的培训。)
