Methodological principles of estimation of training facilities of domestic and oversea developers

One of practical tasks of present time is the choice of тренажних facilities which are offered by domestic and oversea developers and enterprises to Department of defense of Ukraine. On this time a few domestic enterprises work in a country – developers of trainers. In Ukraine, countries of former USSR and Western Europe plenty of firms and enterprises have a considerable experience of development and production of soldieries trainers. The modern market of soldieries trainers is characterized to the varieties of descriptions and prices parameters. In these terms it is suggested to decide the problem of choice on the basis of comparative estimation of тренажних facilities which are offered by producers, after all aggregate of their indexes. Such estimation objectively testifies to the attained level of preparation of those, who teach, and enables to choose from the great number of the standards offered by developers most acceptable. The methodical base of multidimensional comparative estimation is expounded.
