Residual unbalance moment suppression and vibration performance improvement of rotating structures based on medical devices

Aiming at the vibration problem caused by residual imbalance moments in the rotating structure of medical equipment, this paper carries out the research on system modeling, characterization and performance optimization. A refined dynamic model of the rotating system is established to quantitatively evaluate the residual unbalance moment and analyze its vibration transmission characteristics. A multi-level vibration suppression technology system covering active suppression control, passive vibration and noise reduction, and structural dynamic compensation is proposed, which systematically improves the vibration resistance of the equipment. Through parameter optimization and matching of the vibration damping system, it is verified that the optimized design is effective in reducing the maximum vibration amplitude, suppressing the resonance phenomenon, and enhancing the stability of the system.
