Aerodynamic thermal simulation of anti-aircraft gun fuzes with different shapes

Fuze is the final execution device of the anti-aircraft artillery ammunition weapon system to play the terminal effect, and its performance directly affects the cooperating effect of the anti-aircraft artillery ammunition system and the outcome of war to a certain extent. Different shapes of fuzes, because of the different external environments they withstand, show different performances. According to the relevant principles of aerodynamics, this paper uses the modeling and simulation software ANSYS Workbench to simulate the outflow field and the thermal fluid-structure coupling of the four fuze shapes of a, b, c, and d. The results show that: (1) The temperature distribution of the outflow field is also different for different fuze shapes. The formation temperature of the outflow field of a-shape fuze is the lowest (the highest is about 565.5 K), and that of c-shape fuze is the highest (the highest is about 595.1 K), and b and d are the middle (about 586.8 K and 578.6 K, respectively). (2) The shape of the fuze is different, and the structural thermal temperature obtained by the heat fluid-structure coupling is also different. The end-face temperature of shape a is the smallest (maximum temperature is 535 K), the end-face temperature of shape c is the largest (maximum temperature is about 588.5 K), and the end-face temperature of shapes b and d is 580.5 K and 553.5 K, respectively. The temperature change law of the depth structure of the four shapes of fuzes is the same: from the end face to the tail direction, the temperature continues to decline (the proportion of decline is the same), roughly at the depth of 2.2 mm, the temperature is not transmitted, and the temperature is maintained at a constant temperature. It is concluded that under the same conditions, the a-shape fuze has the smallest outflow field temperature and the thermal fluid-structure coupling temperature, which is more suitable for the shape of the fuze.
