SIMULATION OF THE OSCILLATION AMPLITUDE OF THE MOUNTING BRACKET OF THE VISION MODULE IN A BEET HARVESTER

Accurate information about objects is necessary for successful implementation of the production process. Machine vision systems on agricultural machinery are used in the field and are exposed to vibrations, therefore, in turn, these vibrations increase the probability of obtaining a lowquality image of the inspected object from the camera. The purpose of the article is to simulate the vibration amplitude of the mounting bracket for the machine vision module in a sugar beet harvester to predict the effect of vibrations on the machine vision system installed on the bracket. The benefits of using a machine vision system in a sugar beet harvester are substantiated. The SOLIDWORKS program is selected for modeling the vibration amplitude, its capabilities and functions are considered. The bracket for fixing the machine vision module is also designed and modeled in the KOMPAS-3D CAD environment, which is a square profile pipe 60 Г— 60 Г— 3 mm, to which two corners 60 Г— 60 Г— 3 and 50 Г— 50 Г— 3 are welded. The model under study is prepared. Such parameters of each part as mass in kilograms and newtons, volume in cubic meters and density in kilograms per cubic meter are defined. The properties of the study using the SOLIDWORKS Simulation Premium module are set. The material for the model parts (alloy steel) is selected and its properties are given. A mesh is installed on the model under study, the parameters of which are specified by the SOLIDWORKS Simulation Premium module is installed on the model under study. The impact on the module with different vibration frequencies (150.58, 478.44, 775.79, 1170.4 and 1216.4 Hz) simulation, the results of the impact on it are presented. It was found that the maximum vibration amplitude for the bracket is 4.488 at a frequency of 1170.44 Hz.
