IMPROVEMENT OF TECHNOLOGY AND TECHNICAL MEANS FOR MINIMAL TILLAGE
The global trend in the development of modern agricultural engineering is aimed at developing and improving crop cultivation technologies by introducing high-performance agricultural machinery that allows combining field plowing, soil harrowing, application of mineral fertilizers, seed sowing, and chemical protection. Currently existing technologies do not allow fully meeting agrotechnical requirements for the uniformity of fertilizer application over the horizon. The technological process of tiered (screen) application of the main dose of mineral fertilizers is absent with minimum and zero technology of crop cultivation, which leads to a decrease in the content of nutrients in the root zone of the soil and soil compaction. The purpose of the work is to improve the technology of minimum soil tillage by developing a design of a deep cultivator-fertilizer for tiered application of mineral fertilizers. We offer a mounted deep loosener-fertilizer, aggregated with a tractor, in the form of a rigid frameassembly structure - a frame on which the working bodies are fixed - rippers-fertilizers are offered. A knife-chisel is fixed on each working body. For additional soil processing after deep loosening, a cultivator unit is installed in the rear part of the frame. The use of minimum or zero tillage technology and technical means (deep loosener-fertilizer) for intrasoil tiered application of mineral fertilizers and ameliorants in the precision farming system, taking into account the main parameters of soil fertility, will ensure savings in mineral fertilizers, which will have a positive effect on reducing the agrochemical load on the environment, as well as increase their payback and give a real increase in yield.
