Study of consumer properties of ground coffee after opening the package and storage at different temperatures

The results of studies of consumer properties of ground roasted coffee after storage of an opened package for a month at two temperatures are presented. Consumer properties were assessed by measuring methods after brewing coffee in a cezve over low heat and in a French press.
