Through a detailed literature review on the subject, with critical analysis of academic sources and online documentation, this article has demonstrated that Zabbix offers a wide range of functionalities, including data collection, alert generation, automation, and detailed reporting, thus contributing to greater operational efficiency, availability, and security of networked systems. The article explores the main features of Zabbix, discusses how its functionalities meet monitoring needs, and presents use cases and best practices for its effective implementation.
