AGRICULTURA DE PRECISÃO NA OTIMIZAÇÃO DE RECURSOS
Precision agriculture (PA) represents an innovative approach to farm management, integrating advanced technologies such as sensors, drones, global positioning systems (GPS), data analysis software, and geographic information systems (GIS). This work aims to explore the benefits, challenges, and strategies for the effective implementation of PA, focusing on resource optimization and environmental sustainability. Through a literature review, the benefits of PA are highlighted, including cost reductions in inputs, increased productivity, and improved crop quality. However, the adoption of PA faces challenges such as high initial costs, lack of technical knowledge, and inadequate infrastructure. Strategies such as strategic planning, technical training, cooperation, and shared equipment usage are essential to overcome these obstacles. The integration of these technologies will result in highly efficient and sustainable agricultural systems, promoting a more productive, efficient, and environmentally conscious agriculture.
