PLATAFORMAS DE EDUCAÇÃO DIGITAL EM TREINAMENTOS

This paper aims to analyze the influence of training conducted through Digital Education Platforms on the satisfaction and development of employees at an accounting firm located in the city of São Carlos, in the interior of São Paulo. To achieve this, a questionnaire was administered to the employees of the company targeted by this research, and the responses were tabulated and analyzed considering existing literature. The analysis of the responses validated the positive influence of online training on employee satisfaction and development. The results indicate a high level of satisfaction with the training offered, confirming the relevance and effectiveness of these initiatives for the company in question.
