DESMISTIFICANDO A GESTÃO ÁGIL E EXPLORANDO METODOLOGIAS INOVADORAS PARA A EFICIÊNCIA EMPRESARIAL

This article aims to present the main problems and solutions when adopting agile methodologies in the management environment, highlighting the differences and benefits in relation to traditional methodologies. The comparative research used literature references and case studies, including academic articles, company reports and interviews with professionals. The results show that agile methodologies improve team flexibility, efficiency and satisfaction, facilitating adaptation to changes, promoting effective communication and increasing collaboration. The adoption of these methodologies results in greater transparency in development and better risk management. It is concluded that agile methodologies offer significant advantages, justifying their transition, despite initial challenges, and better positioning organizations to meet market demands and achieve objectives effectively.
