Economic Optimal Dispatch of Integrated Cold, Heat and Power Energy System Considering Flexible Load and Concentrating Solar Power Plant

In the context of the rapid penetration rate of high percentage of renewable energy, it is important to build an integrated energy system, but this also brings many challenges to the power system. In order to solve the uncertainty of wind and light output as well as the phenomenon of large amount of abandoned wind and light, this paper proposes an integrated cold-heat-electricity system (CHEIES) scheduling method with multi-energy conversion. Firstly, the structure of CHEIES is constructed and its main equipment is modelled. Then, the economic scheduling model of CHEIES is established with the minimum cost of operation as the objective function. On this basis, the participation of the photovoltaic power plant containing thermal storage system in the operation plan of the CHEIES unit is considered, and the participation of the flexible electric and thermal loads in the integrated energy system scheduling is also considered. Finally, the optimization problem is solved by invoking Cplex through the Yalmip toolkit, and three scenarios are used for comparison and analysis. The results of the calculations show that CHEIES can effectively improve the economy and flexibility of system operation and promote the capacity of renewable energy consumption.
