Research on Multi-Point Ultrasonic Accurate Wind Measurement Technology Under Mine
The multi-point ultrasonic precision wind measurement technology is an important subsystem of the stable ventilation system under the mine, and also an important guarantee for underground safety production, which greatly affects the production efficiency. At present, the measurement and control of wind speed (quantity) under mine safety ventilation generally adopt “six-line type” and “nine-point type” automatic wind measurement method, which affects the vehicle, the wind measurement period is long, and can not achieve the real-time wind speed monitoring effect. The multi-point ultrasonic precision wind measurement technology uses the time difference method, through the large-span bidirectional ultrasonic receiving and transmitting end, supplemented by the Time Digital Conversion Chip (TDC) precise timing technology and decoupling algorithm, the full range measurement accuracy breaks through the average wind speed (quantity) accurate measurement of a barrier, the measurement accuracy reaches less than $0.1 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}$,Taking this as a standard, it not only improves the underground production capacity, but also greatly ensures the safety of underground production.
