Source–Load Coordinated Optimal Scheduling Model Considering the Production Process of Short-Process Steel Enterprises
To overcome the limitations of source–load coordination in industrial parks posed by the complex operational demands and stringent process constraints of short-process steel enterprises, this paper proposes a source–load coordinated optimal scheduling method that explicitly incorporates the production process of such enterprises. First, an industrial park architecture is developed, integrating batch-based production equipment of short-process steel enterprises. A task-operation-storage coupling model is established based on a state-task network framework to identify the optimization potential of batch scheduling under source–load coordination. Second, a joint response mechanism combining time-of-use and critical peak pricing is proposed. A source–load coordinated optimal scheduling model is then formulated with the objective of minimizing the overall operating cost of the industrial park, while accounting for both generator output limits and the production constraints of short-process steel enterprises. Finally, case studies based on real production data from an industrial park are presented. The results demonstrate that the proposed model effectively optimizes batch operations while ensuring production safety, leading to an 11.23% improvement in economic efficiency and a 4.56% increase in renewable energy utilization.
