Research on a Multi-Resonance Mitigation Method for PV-Boost Converters in PV-battery Hybrid Inverter

The photovoltaic branch control system in hybrid photovoltaic-storage inverters faces complex stability issues due to multi-scenario, multi-objective, and multi-loop interactions. Based on impedance model analysis, this paper investigates the mechanisms of different input impedance characteristics in distinct control loops and examines the effective frequency bands and limiting factors of various active damping methods across these loops. Building on this foundation, a hybrid damping control method is proposed. This method integrates feedback states of photovoltaic voltage increment and highfrequency current components, optimizes hybrid coefficients through computational analysis, and extends the damping effect bandwidth, thereby enhancing system stability over a wider frequency range. Both theoretical analysis and experimental validation demonstrate the significant effectiveness of this method in improving system stability, highlighting its high practical value.
