Two-Dimensional Balance Adjustment Device for Flat Plates
In many industries such as power equipment maintenance and logistics, there is a need to carry maintenance equipment, tools and other items. In the process of handling, it is inevitable to encounter uneven roads, up and down slopes and other situations, which bring difficulties to the handling of items, such as the danger of slipping and falling. The planar two-dimensional balance adjustment device adopts complementary filtering algorithm combined with linear conversion of angle and sensor technology to realize the adjustment precision of the device, which greatly improves the balance and ensures the stability of the product. This paper proposes a system design framework: hardware architecture selection with STM32 microcontroller as the main controller; PWM signal generation to drive the rotation angle of servo motor; complementary filtering algorithm realization for error compensation; and real-time tilt detection through MPU6050 inertial measurement unit. The detected angular deviation is converted into servo duty cycle by linear transformation, and the plane is basically realized to be always balanced in uneven road sections during the testing stage.
