Research on Self-immunity Friction Compensation Control Method for Optically Stabilized Platforms
For the multi-source perturbation suppression problem of an optoelectronic stabilization platform in a complex environment, this paper combines the genetic algorithm to optimize the model parameters, and effectively suppresses the nonlinear friction disturbances; furthermore, we design the Auto-Disturbance-Resistant Controller (ADRC), and after extracting the perturbation information through tracking differentiator, we expand the state observer to compensate for the composite perturbation in real-time, and introduce the friction feed-forward compensation mechanism, so that we can form the cooperative suppression strategy of multi-turbation. Finally, the results of simulation experiments show that the proposed control strategy significantly reduces the peak deviation in the impulse response and the error in following the sinusoidal input, which significantly improves the platform’s anti-disturbance capability and dynamic performance, and provides technical support for high-precision optoelectronic detection under complex working conditions.
