An Impedance Matching Optimization Method Based on An Electrically Powered Source Launch System
In this paper, the core issues of insufficient power load adjustment rate and time-varying characteristics of load impedance in the transient electromagnetic emission system of electrical sources are studied, and an optimization scheme is proposed for the rising edge phase of the emission current waveform by analyzing the limitations of traditional impedance matching and waveform control techniques. In the rising edge optimization, the fixed impedance matching mode is broken through to propose the preload matching loop, and the adaptive preload system is further designed to realize the wide-area load adaptation, which effectively improves the waveform linearity and shortens the descent time. The feasibility of the scheme is verified through simulation and experiment, and the main research work includes: optimizing the fluctuation of the rising edge of the traditional transmit current waveform due to the insufficient load adjustment rate of the power supply. On the basis of fixed impedance matching, a preloaded matching loop is designed, which significantly reduces the energy consumption of the matching loop, and an adaptive preloaded loop is further optimized and designed to achieve a wide range of load matching in response to the time-varying characteristics of the transmitter load, which reduces the energy consumption of the matching loop and at the same time reduces the fluctuation of the power supply through soft cutout to improve the stability of the system, which is proved to be valid through the simulation of the designed method.
