Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Shared Energy Storage Systems in High-Penetration Renewable Energy Scenarios
A multidimensional evaluation framework for shared energy storage business models in high-penetration renewable energy scenarios is established, integrating economic benefits, environmental performance, market dynamics, and social impacts. The methodology combines the Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) method with an enhanced Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This integrated approach enables horizontal comparisons among alternative schemes and longitudinal gap analysis against target objectives. Empirical validation using operational data from a shared energy storage trading pilot demonstrates effective reflection of operational realities while identifying existing challenges and development trends.
