A Resilience Active Enhancement Based Restoration Strategy of Integrated Electricity-Gas System Considering the Effect of Secondary Faults
Frequent extreme disasters can inflict significant damage on integrated electricity-gas systems, resulting in widespread blackouts and gas outages. During the post-disaster restoration phase, the risk of secondary disasters may cause previously restored components to fail again. To address this challenge, this paper proposes a resilience active enhancement based restoration strategy of integrated electricity-gas system considering the effect of secondary faults. Firstly, under earthquake disasters, a quantitative characterization method for assessing the resilience of the integrated electricity-gas system during the restoration process is proposed, which is based on a Partitioned Multi-objective Risk Method. Besides, the paper further proposes an active enhancement restoration decision optimization method for the integrated electricity-gas system, which takes into account the occurrence of secondary faults. A test system demonstrates that this method enables the integrated energy system to not only restore rapidly but also actively enhance its resistance to secondary faults.
