Coordinated Resilience Enhancement Strategy for Transmission-Distribution Systems Incorporating Mobile Energy Storage Configuration
This paper focuses on the vulnerability of power systems under the increasing frequency of extreme natural disasters and proposes a pre-disaster configuration strategy for Mobile Energy Storage Systems (MESS) to enhance resilience through coordinated transmission and distribution networks. In response to the limitations of conventional resilience enhancement methods, such as insufficient pre-disaster defense capabilities, high resource costs, and weak coordination between transmission and distribution systems, a coupled modeling approach is introduced to capture the interaction between network topology and operational status. A comprehensive resilience evaluation index is established, and the number and locations of MESS are optimized to enable proactive deployment before disasters, ensuring rapid recovery in the aftermath. The study shows that a well-planned MESS configuration can significantly improve system resilience and reduce load shedding costs, providing both theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of highly resilient power systems.
