Frequency Regulation Control Strategy of Hydrogen-Electricity Coupling System in Photovoltaic Power Station
In order to solve frequency fluctuations caused by PV (photovoltaic) stations in power system, this paper proposes an adaptive coordinated frequency regulation control strategy for hydrogen-electricity coupling system regulation, which is composed of PV, fuel cell system (FCS) and battery energy storage system (BESS). Firstly, frequency response model of each subsystem is established, and frequency deviation signal is decoupled into high frequency and low frequency components via a first-order filter method, which are borne by BESS and FCS respectively. Then, an adaptive variable sag coefficient control method based on dynamic constraints of state of charge (SOC) is proposed to ensure frequency regulation effect and avoid overcharge and overdischarge of BESS. Droop control is used to compensate low frequency fluctuation of FCS, and deep cycle of BESS is reduced through dynamic power coupling mechanism. Finally, based on MATLAB/Simulink simulation, the rationality of analysis method is verified.
