Methanol fuel level monitoring system based on single chip microcomputer control

This document details the design of a methanol fuel level monitoring system that integrates data acquisition, processing, transmission, and display functionalities. The system employs high-precision pressure sensors, an HX711 AD conversion module, and NRF24L01 wireless communication to accurately measure and transmit real-time liquid level data in methanol fuel containers. Data is processed by a microcontroller, displayed on an LCD screen, and communicated to an upper computer for further analysis. Data is processed by a microcontroller, displayed on an LCD screen, and communicated to an upper computer for further analysis, ensuring timely refueling and preventing equipment downtime. This design offers high precision, reliability, and real-time performance, making it suitable for industrial and automotive applications requiring efficient fuel management.
