GANI JAKHONGIROV'S SCIENTIFIC WORK AND CHILDREN'S FOLKLORE
The issues of collecting and publishing children's folklore, studying its place in the field of folklore studies, and determining the characteristics of the genre have always been considered relevant. In particular, there are different approaches to this issue in the research of folklorists. This article focuses on the scientific activities of Gani Jahongirov, a folklorist and a true researcher of children's folklore, and his analysis of certain genres in children's folklore.
