An 11-minute ARIA brain protocol for 0.6T
Motivation: Anti-amyloid immunotherapy on MCI and dementia patients requires monitoring of amyloid-Related Imaging Abnormalities (ARIA) through several MRI scans Goal(s): To assess the feasibility of a comprehensive ARIA brain protocol at 0.6T. Approach: A brain protocol in line with the ASNR ARIA guidelines was developed and tested in 6 healthy subjects. Results: Diagnostic quality can be achieved with an MRI examination time of 11 minutes. Impact: This study shows that 0.6T MRI can provide neuro MRI scans in line with ARIA guidelines of diagnostic quality in a scan time comparable to standardized 1.5T ARIA monitoring protocols.
