Highly stable, 72 W average power, 76 MHz repetition rate femtosecond hybrid PCMA-FCPA Yb-fiber amplifier with second harmonic module
In this work we report on the development of a robust high repetition rate and high average power femtosecond hybrid PCMA-FCPA Yb-fiber amplifier system with a second harmonic module that offers excellent characteristics at both outputs and a relatively compact design, which is not reliant on any complex pulse stretching or pre-amplification stages. The demonstrated laser system will be an excellent pump source for an optical parametric amplifier system with possible tunability in the NIR and IR spectral range and potential application in various ultrafast spectroscopy experiments.
