Casimir-driven traversable wormholes: Geometry, stability and observable signatures

The paper deals with the study of some novel traversable Wormholes (TWHs) in the presence of Casimir effect, a well known quantum phenomenon in conjunction with classical electric charge and a massless scalar field with vanishing potential. The paper delves deep into exploring the interplay of General Relativity (GR) and Quantum Field Theory (QFT) to shape realistic models of Wormhole (WH) space-times. Further, it studies the geometry and stability of these WHs both on qualitative as well as on quantitative grounds. Finally, the paper provides valuable insights regarding the observational signatures like shadows, quasinormal modes (QNMs) and grey body factors (GBFs) concerning the TWHs so constructed.
