La producción escénica de la Escuela de Teatro de la Universidad Católica (ETUC) entre 1990 y 1995

The Theater School of the Catholic University – ETUC has had an extensive production since 1962. Between the eighties and nineties, terrorism, an extreme economic and political crisis did not prevent the ETUC from producing a variety of productions with the economic support of the Pontifical Catholic University. Great masters such as Luis F. Ormeño, M. Delgado and J.C. Urteaga directed the shows of the ETUC in the nineties, based on the changes generated in Latin American theater generated since the 60s and 70s. These teachers and conductors reproduced and put into practice what they had learned on their tours of Europe with great masters such as E. Barba and J. Grotowski. All of them created new forms of representation with the acting students, as well as a scenic and graphic plastic (posters) that today are part of the history of Peruvian theater.
